Jennifer and Ashley are great the staff that works there in the front I Port Saint Lucie office not so much. I have never in my life been to a doctors office that has been so incompetent when it comes to billing and copays. They keep on telling me my insurance company is not paying if they would build the right insurance company they would probably get paid on top of it I'll get a co-pay for $30 one week and then the following week does give me a bill for $150 and say I didn't pay for the last three weeks and this is nothing new this is been going on from day one I've been going there about three years and I finally washed my hands of them today ! no more!!! And when you call and try to get it handled they just saying is nothing we can do sir we are right and you're wrong basically is what I hear. And to get a hold of Dr Blum is next to impossible

They NEVER pick up their phone calls i have been trying to call for three days now regarding my appointment. Absolutely terrible!!

Hard To get refills called in. In the course of a month the pharmacy put in 4 request and I tried calling several times and got no answer so I left messages but no reply. Tried calling today 8 different times and they finally picked up. Was told they are short staffed, WOW
