I got on Friday at 2:10 pm and they told me won’t attempt me because they closed at 2:00 pm. The sign on the door said 2:30 pm

I hate getting bloodwork done and they could tell I was nervous. as they took me to the room, I started to cry a bit, and they reassured me that the worry before hand was way way worse than the blood test. The actual blood test went to smoothly and they were right there was nothing to worry about. They had one lady do the bloodwork and another one on the other side of the room talking to me and distracting me. it was quick, and one of the least painful blood work experiences i've ever had.They were so wonderful! Also I went in as a walk in 30 minutes after opening, and they got me in right away! Best experience at a lab corp yet! They not only did their job and did the blood work, but also helped me calm down and made sure I felt cared for. They were super personal and really seemed to care about me and that I had a good experience.

I SPECIFICALLY asked if I had to come back to do a drug screen if my two small children could come. because I don’t always have a baby sitter on hand and was told absolutely! They could sit in the chairs in the back but could not go into the bathroom with me. Here we are 3 weeks later I didn’t have a babysitter, so I brought them with me and the woman looks at me and says they can’t come in here with you sorry. ARE YOU JOKING??? I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THIS REASON SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I DONT LIVE CLOSE AND THE HOURS ON FRIDAY ARE LIMITED AND IMDONT HAVE A SITTER! It’s like they set you up to fail, the woman straight up lied to my face. OBVIOUSLY POOR TRAINING SKILLS! Hopefully they won’t lose my test or mix up my info because they have no idea what their doing here.
