Worst post office. Wait in line to buy label for envelope like my organization want it, was told that it’s impossible to create label like that. Wait in line again and ask again with screenshot, still say it’s impossible, visit another office and was done in 3mins without any questions

Sounds like you need too call and ask where your mail is. They deliver to that zip code every day
I don't believe they no longer do the photos there. I know rite aid or cvs can get them done. Then you take the photo to post office for them to send to get put into the passport.
Is there a slot in the door to put the mail in? Or You could put up a handwritten sign stating were you want the mail. Some carriers dont like opening doors, even if it is just a storm door.
Do you mean at the boxes at the P.O. If you do mean that yes it will be there by 8am usually.

I don't think you get state ID at USPS. You can get a passport but not same day.
Best bet would be to leave a letter for your mail man with your red flag up and he/ she will put it in your mailbox for you.

Roland is correct. The Lancaster P.O. doesn't cancel mail anymore. All mail that needs to be canceled is sent to Harrisburg or Allentown. So if you want mail canceled on the day you mail it you have to get it in early on that day.
