These guys delivered my package to a ghetto area ware I’ve never lived and will never live and the next day did the same thing Stupidity will never be acceptable one fedex driver always blast ghetto music and toss packages like trash I have no problem with people being people but Acknowledge your job and customers Dam

Lied and said I lived in security gates community and couldn't deliver my package at 5:26 and then closed the offices at 6 somebody was just being lazy n didn't want to go out in the rain
I’ve had the same problem. My package has been out for delivery 2 days only to be returned to their facility undelivered. I’m at the point I’m going to start asking companies BEFORE I place an order who they use for shipping- if it’s Fedex I’m not going place the order
That would show proof, that they actually was at my door. So when I call I could give the rep the ticket number they keep asking me for.
If anything u think is funny, open boc in front of drivers b4 they leave so if something wrong they can take it right back. Then go to where it came from like sparrows point. If I knee ur name and stuff I could look out for it cause I unload the trucks. Information like what it is and stuff.
The drivers work for independent contractors. Call customer service and have them enter a mis-delivered case. That information goes to the station that your driver dispatched out of. That report gets pulled first thing in the morning and given to the contractor that delivered your package, I'm assuming to the wrong address. They would then retrieve it from the incorrect location and redeliver it to you at the correct address.
This location takes their time delivering packages and blames the customer. Don't trust comments from employees who work there.

They may have delivered and some one else received it. They have no care or compassion for your merchandise. Really poor customer care.😡

Don't waste time trying to call. They just tell you when the next delivery time is and apologize for it no arriving when they said it would
Call 1800gofedex and dispute the delivery. Also reach out to the shipper
Call first after 1 pm. They will be able to see if it is on the truck. If it is still at warehouse they will pull packages and hold for you. If out on truck they will contact driver and make a priority to deliver. If signature is needed make sure someone is home.
You can go to the terminal to pick up your package. You have to have your tracking # with you but you have to go before 8 pm
I was told that if you call the customer service number and give them your tracking number for your door number you can actually report the FedEx drivers. But I was told that that can happen I never had it happen before. Any orders that I've ever had delivered to my house always went right on my porch. Now they did that with a heavy chewy box one time. But I never called the company to let them know what their driver did.

I would recommend calling either customer service or the station directly. Make sure you have your tracking number. When you look up tracking info, is it showing as delivered? It is possible it was mis-delivered. If the label came off the package then it is sitting at the station in Sparrows Point.
The package was probably sent out but the drivers pick and choose if they want to deliver if they don't feel like it the driver will take it back to the warehouse
Call FedEx and they will take care of it.
