My Wife NOT RECEIVE A PACKAGE, they lie to post it DELIVERED with the SIGN on the file, nobody was at home yesterday, it is 11/7/19 at 3.22. Package was stolen, because is not was request a SIGN! Was says FEDEX and They already investigate this.

Ok so if it was stolen then it's not fedex's problem. Contact your shipper (example: Wal-Mart or chewy NOT FedEx) to proceed with lost package procedures.
