I have been waiting three day form the date I should have received my package. Can't even find a direct number to the location. Very unprofessional.

I’ve had the same problem. My package has been out for delivery 2 days only to be returned to their facility undelivered. I’m at the point I’m going to start asking companies BEFORE I place an order who they use for shipping- if it’s Fedex I’m not going place the order

Same thing here...said it was out for delivery, never showed and I sit right at the front window all day...Called the first time and they have no excuse, they "dont know what happened" and said it will be delivered "by Tuesday"..Called the second time and the guy flat out lied to me, then proceeded to tell me it will be delivered on Monday---(Monday is a Holiday)...WORST company EVER and total liars!!!!!!!

I’ve been waiting for my package since Monday today is Thursday.Everyday has been a different excuse today it’s no excuse just telling me to keep checking every hour to see if the package info is updated. I have called the company and requested a refund it it’s not delivered by 2pm.

Calling fed ex won’t really do anything I work there I see how things are the most you can do is ask them to look for your tracking number because it’s really not the driver it’s the company
