The drivers work for independent contractors. Call customer service and have them enter a mis-delivered case. That information goes to the station that your driver dispatched out of. That report gets pulled first thing in the morning and given to the contractor that delivered your package, I'm assuming to the wrong address. They would then retrieve it from the incorrect location and redeliver it to you at the correct address.
