We are extremely happy with our nine replacement windows.Maria S.was fantastic very knowledgeable & professional. The two young men who installed them yesterday were very polite & meticulous. They never took a break or lunch arrived at 8:30 worked straight through until they were finished almost 5:30. They cleaned everything up and were very neat. We recommend Window Nation in a heartbeat you will not be disappointed!

My fiance and I called to setup appointment to see if someone could come out and give us an estimate on 10+ windows to replace. They sent a sales rep who wouldn't even give us a estimate unless we agreed to a price.. he offered 3 different prices they were extremely high. Wasn't very pleased with how he went about just trying to sell us on the windows rather then just being genuine and giving us a fair estimate and good price. Definitely didn't proceed with this company very disappointed about such high prices and poor customer service. I went with another company who completed the project for several thounsand dollars less,after speaking with their owner he even said the prices from window nation were very high.

Questions & Answers

Anyone know the secret to getting them to communicate with you? Waiting for a window that was incorrectly measured to be installed since May 1st and still waiting over a week for my calls to be returned.

Good luck, I have been waiting a year for repairs. Find a better company, this place is a joke.

I bought my windows last year and wanted a copy of my contract and lost it on my computer how will I go about getting a copy?

I got an email with the contract. But you can call the business office for your area and they can get you a copy.

I have an aluminum awning out back, 2 windows are above said awning. How do you replace these 2 windows without damaging my awning?

Thanks for reaching out. we only do replacement windows using the existing frame so no sort of construction. I'm not totally sure who would do that - maybe a contractor? Let me know if you need anything else!

I have 2 over 2 windows (so there are 4). One is broken. Can that one be replaced?

Their windows come with a replacement warranty. It should not be a problem.
