The wait time to pick up your items are absolutely horrible you would think they are so busy that they just can't take more people there not the guys just sit on the lifts in there phone and te counter people act like they doing you a favor and your doing is trying to get your items and leave the Hanover store really horrible items are great 👍

This is a very unfriendly warehouse. When we went in to go through the delivery procedures, two people gave us two different places. The masked forklift driver in the warehouse had a very bad attitude and waited for more than an hour without unloading. Ask the forklift driver when he can help Unloading was told to get out or I will unload you

My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. They started downloading me at 9:30 a.m. and ended around 11:30 a.m. 2 hours, the download was a bit slow, but everything was fine, everyone was very kind
