I found it frustrating to not be able to talk to a human. We got what we needed eventually but I really prefer speaking to a human about important stuff like digging around wires, etc to install a fence.

I placed my request online and yhey came within a couple of days. They were very nice and marked all the places in case I needed it for later. Which is great because I do have some projects that I plan to do in parts. Very nice people!
