The staff was excellent, they was very attentive to my needs and helping me out..

The team was pretty good there. The only thing I would say is to please make it known to your patients that they have to tell you when they are in pain and ask for pain meds. I had no idea and suffered more than i had to. Otherwise it was a lot better experience that i had with some other hospitals in the area.

Virtual (telehealth) visits may be appropriate for some of your visits with your weight-loss specialists so that you get the care you need without leaving home. Let’s talk about your care plan and the right options for you.
Many insurance companies cover weight loss surgery, but each insurer has its own pre-operative requirements. If you are considering surgery with us, first contact your insurance carrier to learn more about your specific benefits and coverage options. If you need help determining your eligibility for coverage, we can help. For those without insurance or individuals with plans that do not cover bariatric surgery, a self-pay option is also available.
Our commitment is to help keep you and your family safe while you’re receiving care in our ERs, hospitals, doctor’s offices and outpatient centers. We have strong safety precautions in place--such as maintaining proper social distancing in waiting rooms, caregivers continuing to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and rigorously cleaning and disinfecting all areas more often. Don’t delay getting the care you need at this time.
Our weight-management specialists can work with you to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. We offer individual and group counseling, nutrition and activity planning, and medically supervised weight-loss programs as options to help you achieve your weight-loss goals.
Our informational seminars give you the opportunity to talk with our care teams about the pros and cons of bariatric surgery, and whether surgery may be the right for you. We understand that you have many questions and concerns, and we’ll offer compassionate support in finding the answers you need. And ask if a virtual or online seminar is an option.
We have a full team of weight-loss specialists including bariatric surgeons, nurse practitioners, bariatric nurse educators, and registered dietitians. We work with you with one goal in mind -- to help you move toward the healthier life you want.
No two people are alike, and we’re here to support you through your entire weight-loss journey. We start by listening to you and answering your questions. From there, we work with you to develop a personalized care plan, one that could include lifestyle changes or having bariatric surgery.
If you have tried other options and are considering surgery for weight loss, our weight-loss and bariatric surgery teams are here for you. If you have a certain BMI or diabetes, sleep apnea or other weight-related conditions, bariatric surgery may be right for you. If you think you may be a candidate for bariatric surgery, talk with your doctor. Our care teams will develop a personalized care plan to help you achieve your weight-loss goals.
If you have tried other options and are considering surgery for weight loss, our weight-loss and bariatric surgery teams are here for you. Bariatric surgery includes gastric bypass and other weight-loss surgeries that involve making changes to your digestive system to help you lose weight.
