Do the health department have wheelchairs?

If you are a self-pay patient, know the cost before you go! I was expecting affordable healthcare, but an office visit cost $130 in Danville. I am used to paying $65-$80 for a typical visit to a family doctor, so I was totally surprised. I won't be going back.

Took a while to get a live body. Very helpful once I spoke to the nurse about getting the COVID vaccine.

How can I file a complaint without the suspected violator knowing I sent it

Shaun Mulich | Oct 16, 2018
Jeremiah Cline | Oct 16, 2019

Health code violations calls generally are just followed up as a complaint without attributing a source. If you have a complaint against a dept or staff I would ask for the director or head of the specific department. Most complaints font come down to a he said she said confrontation so its unlikely someone would be personally involved with management following up with staff complaints
