For flu shots we accept Medicaid, Medicare and most forms of insurance. Many times, the insurance plan covers the flu shot cost. Otherwise, the cost for the flu shot is $35 and can be paid in cash or by check.

If you have a complaint against a dept or staff I would ask for the director or head of the specific department. Most complaints font come down to a he said she said confrontation so its unlikely someone would be personally involved with management following up with staff complaints
