An incompetent police department with very little if any knowledge of the law, choosing to enforce their personal feelings instead of the law. Beware!! officer "Kevin Williams" as this man cannot be trusted. He will lie, mislead, and attempt to misrepresent the law. Complaint forms are horrendous asking about your job and your employer as a means to prevent you from filing that complaint or to harass you possibly attempt to get you fired? Public records request take hours as well it seems that they have very little knowledge on how public records request are supposed to be handled.
