I was a tenant there for over 14yrs and saw a lot of changes, most of them were not good. The last change was of " the update" of the appartment a To quote them- #12 of the Lease States" No Tenant shall make no alterations, decoration,additions or improvements in or to the Appartment or to equipment or fixures in the Apartment or surroundings premise." I personally think that improvements to anything would be welcome. But that is my opinion.

Bad place to live. Management and maintence not available in emercency situation. Upon move out take pictures they charge inflated amounts for cleaning and repair. I wouldn't let my dog live there.

Hey, I don't know the answer about the money, but I think they are leasing right now.
It is based on your income, and yes they allow dogs, for additional pet fees.
It's based on income, on average for a single person with around 1100 income a month approx. 150 is what you'll pay
