These guys are terrible, no doubt one of the only energy providers in the area and are in no rush to join the modern world with recurring payments that are easy to set up. I have a business to run i cant bother to go to city hall to set up recurring payments guys!!!!! Join the present and get me adequate Web2 payment portals!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service by Leigh, a service rep. After having electricity for years through them, I was refused service by Leigh who said I wasn't on the account since it was in my husbands name- even though I'm the one who has dealt with them the past five years and we've jumped through hoops several times to get me added on. She refused to help me and would not transfer me to another rep or supervisor.

Is there power on Rutile Drive?
I was told by Beaches Energy that they did NOT call in any extra help. I am part of the 1% that they are still working on. They told me we were their TOP priority. Lol day 2 with no power.
