Nice place, great location, quiet, but management and maintenance need work. I move in May of 2020 (out 2 years later in 2022) and because of the pandemic there were zero maintenance services during that entire time. I would contact management every time, but always ended having to do my own repairs. At one point a storm damaged my shutter and fence and had to argue with the then apt. manager to get it fixed. I understood the not wanting to come inside thing, but what exactly was the issue with outside? The original apt. manager I moved in under was very rude and was replaced while I was there. The first manager lost one of my rent checks, so I started using NEON green envelopes with big red letters for "RENT CHECK"...and the second manager still managed to lose it...and then didn't bother contacting for an entire month and tried to charge me late fees. They also claimed I had unpaid water bills which they took out of my deposit. totally untrue, but not worth the fight for $80 dollars. It's a nice place to live if they could just get their act together it'd be even better.

Responsive Management, clean spacious apartments with a garage, and quiet almost country suburb living. Would enjoy having some updated appliances, but overall a solid place to live.

These apartments are nice, well maintained and the management is very pleasant to work with. I would say the only issue I have is the excessive use of ground chemicals. The lawns, bushes, tress... everything are constantly being sprayed with chemicals, and signs being placed to stay off the grass, away from the trees, etc. Not very nice if you have pets or children. Overall, I would say our living experience here has been a positive one though.
