Amazing property management! Lived here almost 2 years while shopping around for a house and never had any issues! Both management and neighbors were great. Rent is more than reasonable and the apartments are nice too! Jerry and Eric are both helpful, honest stand up people.

My husband and I have lived here 10 years. We have seen many changes and managers. To this date, we have not seen management as good as it is right now. Mr. Mckinney has made so many improvements in the short time he has been here. He truly cares about the reputation and the tenants of the Park Hill community. If you have any problems they are taken are of that day or as soon as possible. We are finally proud to tell family and friends that we live at the Park Hill Apartments of Mount Vernon Ohio. Keep up the great work Mr McKinney!
