I am quite pleased with the staff at this facility. They all are pleasant and answer my concerns. Nurse Nikki, Dr. Schnitzel, Jason and nurse Eli were all wonderful my last visit. I know people suggest to go to the "bigger" hospitals, but this is in my backyard and has that home-time feel and care.

My 4 yo son made a bump on his forehead yesterday, today his nose bled and then hours later his nose bled again so we came here, we have been waiting more than 2 hours on the parking lot because they said i would get a call on my cellphone… we are still waiting… this is the worst experience with an emergency room I’VE EVER HAD .

Decided to come here in spite of the terrible reviews…the nursing staff is terrible! They are not friendly nor do they act like they care…no one introduces themselves and say who they are and then get mad when u asked them who they are….my BP was elevated in triage and the nurse refused to recheck it..1st time and last time coming here…I was placed in a room and never given a call bell if I needed assist or anything..the rude nurse jus walked away and never came back. I will be calling someone tomorrow this is absolutely unacceptable!!! It’s sad!!
