The electric department is awesome. Whenever we lose electricity they are on top of it . Dosen't matter if it is a nice day or if its cold and unpleasant they are out there taking care of the citizens. Those people are truly dedicated. Thanks . You are the best.The ladies in the office where you pay your taxes and utility bills are awesome too. No one enjoys paying bills but the ladies that work there make it a pleasurable experience .

The office for the Town of Smyrna is right next to the Smyrna Post Office. Although they close at 4:30, there is a box outside to drop off your electric bills after hours. Inside the staff is very nice and they keep the line moving pretty fast. Very friendly staff.

Overall the town of Smyrna is business friendly. The ease to open and start doing business is fast. The only reason for the 4 star is I subtracted a star due to how expensive the Electric is here in town.

No. Applications can be completed and submitted online or in the office and deposit paid in the office or mailed to their PO Box. Once bill's start, then payments can be made in various ways.
Yes... For electric service in the town of Smyrna, go to Town Hall, right beside the post office. You'll have to fill out an application and they may require a deposit (my deposit was $200).
Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days.
