Absolutely rude staff. Passport appointment for my daughter was cancelled twice. The first time they claim they called but didn’t and my daughter was due to leave for college the next day. Flew her in for the second appointment and they cancelled the second appointment the day before and they think that’s sufficient notice. Their explanation was that the person that does the passports doesn’t work on Wednesday, so why not block off the appointment dates for Wednesdays? She replied that she had no control of when people work . I do not recommend this place for passport service. I was treated very nicely in Ridgefield Park for my other daughter.
