Almost 3 stars but when the drive up mail box is overflowing, it obviously has not been emptied in DAYS when the sticker clearly says 5pm daily. We wonder why it takes 2 weeks for a birthday card to arrive. And why is there not a self service kiosk in this PO? Can't be completely blamed on covid.

Rude, extremely unhelpful, mail is constantly a week or more late and they will hang up on you if you ask to speak with the supervisor. ( not being a Karen either), just had a legitimate question they couldn't help with.

Passport by appointment only. Maybe 1 hr as you have to wait in line and wait for the passport clerk to assist you. Then wait for application to be sent in, approved and sent.
