I had a very disappointing experience today with Lori, who was very unfriendly and disrespectful when she refused to send my pre-paid packages. I would not have had a problem with the interaction had she clearly explained the new policy (that I discovered later by directly calling her supervisor); however, she immediately gave me attitude and her unhelpful response to my "why, after 2 years of sending these with no problems?" was, "Because I do my job right." Maybe she was having a bad day, but as someone with a small business who has to rely on the USPS, I expect better. Especially from someone who works for our government. Thank you.

Very rude clerks, attitude was out of this world! I've never been to a post office that had such disregard for its customers, she did not have a name tag but she was a black woman with a puff ball. She needs training on how to properly deal with the public.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I am SO tired of dealing with downright nasty/rude, inefficient, incompetent people. I cannot even begin to recall how many issues I’ve had with this post office, their carriers, and the horrible postmaster Wendy Hutchins. Yes I am calling her out by name because as the so-called “leader”, it is her responsibility to oversee everything and everyone, and to hold people accountable. Instead, she sticks up for her employees even when it’s PROVEN that they were in the wrong, and so was she. If I could give zero stars, I would. If I could find out how to get Wendy fired, I would. Not out of spite, but because I think she is the kind of person who wields her power in an egotistical way and no consumer should ever have to be spoken to or treated that way.
