This place was pretty quaint clean nice little setup. The only thing that I would say I frown upon is the fact of no elevator to get to the 2nd floor when you're carrying bags and it was a little bit difficult to find the front entrance had to go around the block a few times before I figured it out.... Everyone was super nice very clean very clean definitely I think that we definitely come back to

Room had to be cleaned at our arrival (made reservations 3 weeks prior) at 11:30 pm, by the check-in lady. RESPONSE to your reply.... We made reservations with late arrival, since we came DIRECTLY from the airport! It was NOT 5 am arrival but 11:30 pm. The check in lady was very nice, however we had luggage & my husband is disabled. I originally requested bottom floor for easy access, but only 1 room was available so we agreed to wait. We were en route to catch a cruise ship. I am convinced you must have your memory of this stay mixed up with a different customer.

The staff were great. The guy on the desk especially was lovely really helpful and polite. The room was clean and tidy. The location was good as it was near shops restaurants and bars. The pool area was lovely with plenty of seats and sunbeds. Would be happy to stay there again.

A very OK place. Good: room was clean. Bad: check in took forever and we were charged a refundable $100 for "incidentals" never been in a place that did that before. Plus no elevator, only 2 floors, but with luggage for a cruise this was a huge pain.
