My Mother & I had a Business trip to attend. We drove down from Jacksonville and when we arrived we were able to check in a few hours earlier to shower and get ready for our meeting. Lorena was super friendly and assisted quickly in getting a room available for us, as we had 2 hours before our meeting would start. The next day my Mother went down stairs as she had concerns about the billing for the room. Sharman assisted us with our bill and was attentive to our needs and questions. We even met a sweet hospitality worker, her name was Mrs. Dolores, as we called her, who cleaned our room daily. She made sure we had fresh towels and anything we needed for our stay. The hotel was clean in appearance, as well as the room. It was a pleasant stay. We will stay at the hotel again. Thank you.

Location was perfect. Right next to ample food and gas stations. Service was great. Rooms were clean. There was an odd reddish stain on one of the blankets so we didn't use that one, but aside from that it was great.

This was a late choice after our flight was canceled. It would be a very good choice. We had looked at this place before. But they didn't have a shuttle to the port so we went somewhere else. Now that we have stayed there we will be going back. The place was clean and they have a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The only draw back is no microwave in room. Also no safe in room. But there's a great heated pool and good 24hr. workout room. So try it you just might like it too. Oh did I mention a very helpful staff.

I found this hotel after my reservation was canceled before my arrival at one of their ihg hotels, and I'm so glad I did. The hotel was beautiful inside and out. It was NYE and only available room was for the disabled. The room was clean spacious and had everything I needed. The services were good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient. Not to mention the pool and the hot tub were clean and well maintained. Overall my stay was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely be booking again next time.
