My daughters and I stayed this weekend at Sun Beach Inn. The room was very nice and clean. Very close walking distance to the beach. The water was calm and amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though it was busy at the office. They e very professional. If I had to make one complaint, it would be that the hot water in the shower took a long time to come on and the pressure of the shower head was very low perhaps updating the shower heads would be helpful. Other than that wonderful overall experience. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, easy, 1 block more less from ⛱️ beach. Pool was nice, the only negative is that they don't let you put music in the pool after 8 pm or if someone complains. Which I undesirable but it is a vacation resort it is to sleep. But I like it. I recommend it 👌 . Nice staff. Rooms have refrigerator ,microwave and sink . Great.

Although this property is perfectly nestled on the beach, both rooms we stayed in had their share of issues. Our original room had little baby moths flying all around and attacking my eyeballs at night, no safe or iron, and the bedding had little droplets of dried blood. We felt extremely unsafe with the people sitting on the patio all night. The door had a plastic bag stuffed through the mailbox opening and the room itself is in need of maintenance and love. The next morning we set out to be moved to a different room and area which the staff kindly allowed us to do. Though the second room was much smaller, it was in a kid friendly area, had a safe and iron and we felt much safer. The room was in much better condition but that same night while using the bathroom I saw an adolescent cockroach run up the wall that I swiftly smacked with my flip flop. Inside of the AC and in parts of the bathroom was loads of black mold and I only can hope this property will at least change the AC units. All in all, we quickly nicknamed the property “the roach motel” throughout our stay and loved being by the beach. However, you should not feel dirty AFTER taking a shower. 1/10 do not recommend. They’re only getting a 1 because the staff that hasn’t quit yet were kind and very helpful.

Had a great stay at this hotel. I liked my room, it was clean, comfortable and simple. My neighbors were loud! There was a guy who played the guitar at sundown in the courtyard and the hotel is located near everything like restaurants, the boardwalk, staff was very nice and accommodating. There's a lot of people who check in after 5pm, so you may have to wait in line.
