Positive: The location is great. Big Restraurant area. The staff was was nice. I was extremely happy that there was hardly anyone check in there so it was quiet. Negative: The light fixture flickers. The bed linens had cigarette burns. The room smell molding. The bathroom was okay. Not sure but it seem like it was a motel turning hotel. The pool and patio was not working. I had paid in full for a non-refundable room.

Staff is very friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. They have a nice sitting area. We didn't get a chance to use it this time. Love the fact it's located right in the heart of downtown Hollywood. I've always wanted to stay there. One last note: with some renovations this could be an awesome hotel!

I love the Ramada hotel that it used to be called. Did many conferences there as a celebrity guest. Last night I stayed there on a solo trip to recharge from a long flight. I love the area. Since Google is insisting I leave a review, I'll say that the customer service was not good. Not at all. But I'll leave it at that.

Please be sure to book premium if you don't want a room that feels and smells humid. I learned the hard way. Before this issue they were at 4 stars since there hasn't been a workout center or pool for a very long time (even before Covid for the pool)
