Awful experience. Dragged me along for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, come to find out, a payment I tried to collect from a client was never processed. Now I look like an idiot going back to the client asking them to wire me money. No wonder there’s only 3 reviews. One of them being so clearly fake as Tyler “Shields” has the same last name as Darren/Darien “Shields” which speaking of, needs some serious training or get rid of the guy. I don’t know if he’s new or not fully there, took 5 days for him to answer my one question. Absurd customer service. Rich was cool. I don’t want to see anything from management saying “this issue was resolved with the client” because it wasn’t. Unless I see the $10k they caused me, nothing was resolved. Go find another processor. No, Seamless Chex does not support multiple businesses. Each business needs its own account that matches the business checking account holder's legal name that your bank has on file. You must use a different business email, but you can use the same phone number.
