I have never had such horrible service and experience with a drive thru restaurant in my life. My order was wrong and I was told it wasn’t. The management was rude and unhelpful. After I told the guy in the window I want to speak to management he laughed as did the manager when he didn’t think I could hear him. I would give this place negative stars. I will not be back.

CLEVLAND TENN 25 TH ST.I ordered some fries an wanted some extra ketchup besides the 1 pack they gave me.i was told they charge extra , I explained i didn't want to eat dry French fries are pay extra. They refuse to give me ketchup, so I give Brent the manger the fry back,the owner of this business really needs to check on who's stealing his money an losing his customers. Brent the manager is probably doing both,an wrong person for the job

grown men abt 35-45were yelling at young girls abt 15-18yrs old and i saw a man with a handgun threatening the girls about taking their money and clothes off them ( mind you the men were the employees) abt 12 police showed up and all they did was tell the young ladies to leave(the photo is of the general manager and the man with a handgun)
