I've came to this FedEx to ship out a package with dog tags for a funeral weight nomore then 3 pounds. thinking that my packaged was in good hands. NEXT thing I get an invoice saying my package was weighted at 35POUNDS . that's so ridiculous over a couple of dog tags for funeral. their over charging me I called the corporate several many times, they said I was wrong and they were right. But I know what package i sent out and how big or heavy it was, I'm very upset with FedEx. Didn't even acknowledge that they were wrong in their end. Very bad experience with them don't think I'll never come back unless they fix the wrong invoice other then that it feels like their stealing from me.... Don't recommend this place.....

The worst company I have to deal with. No wonder their stock has been steadily plummeting. Had a shipment from Michigan. The driver approaches our building every day ( gated complex in Lancaster) and doesn’t even bother to either call the office so the gates are opened or myself so I could open the gates. I called and begged them just to give me a call once here; I am always at home due to my condition and I would open the gates, the answer? “ We don’t provide such service”. So if you live in a gated complex these folks have no conscious and the drivers just “do their job”, no one cares. The driver keeps marking “ business closed” Unconscionable humans.

Fast and efficient service. Most of the time the line is short and wait time is minimum. Most employees I've dealt with have been empathetic, applied and professional.

Of every package to go missing in transit or to be misdelivered and sent to another address, the friendly faces at the FedEx Shipping Center are always the ones behind it! Last time I ever dealt with the terrible company they said the gift I had delivered to the apartment for my girlfriend arrived and it never did. Called up the company to see if they dropped it off somewhere else and no one was able to confirm if the package was even on the delivery vehicle! And vest part, when I asked what to do about this, they told me I would have to provide proof to the shopper's so they could replace it, a limited edition item that is NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION. So I can easily say, if you don't care for your packages AT ALL, then you should definitely ship them through FedEx!

They do offer shredding services but it's a drop off service and is 99 cents per pound. The UPS store on Ave K in Lancaster has a DIY shredder.
