Great experience from the moment we walked in! The gentleman helping us was very knowledgeable and very patient. We had lots of questions and of course we tried several mattresses until we found the perfect one. We definitely recommend Tommy Smith at the Palmdale store. Went in to get a new matress, for our daughter. Tommy, our sales associate, was wonderful. He's assisted us, in the past, as well. Helpful, not pushy. He didn't hover over us, I despise that. He was, of course, leading us to the more expensive beds, but once I told him our budget, he took us to what we could afford. We got the bed she wanted. They'll be delivering it tomorrow and taking her old set away. Quick and simple.

We have used Sit 'n Sleep many times over the years. They always have a wonderfully wide variety of mattresses so everyone can find the perfect comfort. Prices are very competitive and quality is unmatched. The sales associates are never pushy and really listen to hour option. Today we worked with Stan and he was pleasure. The salesperson in store has lost sight of customer service. I’ve purchase a mattress in the past with a greater experience at sit n sleep. The salesmen of the past would include a bed frame and other bedding accessories complimentary for being a customer of sit n sleep. Today Stan couldn’t price match sit n sleeps online prices and the effort he displayed reflected the lack of importance customer satisfaction is. To his credit he was close to the online price sit n sleep had for the mattress yet he was reluctant to uphold great customer service. It was sit n sleep’s great customer service that brought me back, however based off today’s experience I now feel compelled to ask for a refund and take my business to a company that stresses a great customer experience and service.

Mattresses come in five standard sizes. These are twin (39"x75"), twin XL (38” X 80”), full (54"x75"), queen (60"x80"), Eastern King (76"x80") and California King (72"x84"). NOTE: exact mattress sizes vary by manufacturer and by model. The dimensions given are only approximations.

The box spring acts as the foundation of the bed. It provides support for the mattress by acting as a shock absorber. These two pieces were designed to compliment each other when working together as a set. Although there are several types of platform beds that do not use a box spring, pairing your new mattress with an old box spring is not recommended.
You will need special sheets if you are purchasing a very thick mattress with a thick pillow top. Sit’n Sleep offers a selection of high profile or deep pocket sheets that fit very well on these thicker mattresses. When selecting sheets, it is also important to keep in mind that your sheets are part of your sleep environment, therefore comfort, thickness and softness should be considered when making your sheet selection.
Your new mattress should be rotated every week for the first few months and each month thereafter. This pattern will allow you to get the most even wear and extend the life of your mattress.
