The technician was amazing. He replaced our computer board on the front of the fridge and when he pulled it out he said the coils were dirty so he cleaned it all and the fridge is working like it’s brand new. Very courteous and hard working. Very impressed with American Home Shield and Sears.

👍😀👍I am extremely satisfied with the entire service with Sears Appliance Services!👍😀👍 I started with an online service request and was able to see the dates and times that was available to select from. It also shows what the flat rate service call costs. You select the type of appliance is and a drop down for what type of service you need as well as if it's a repair, what the issue appears to be. It's a convenient and easy to use process! Once you book the appointment, you are kept up with emails and/or text messages regarding the appointment. If you want emails, you will also receive one that includes the name and a picture of your assigned Service Technician before your service date. You also have the option to change the date and time if needed. (Which I did due to a necessary medical appointment.) The Technician called me a couple of hours prior to arrival to advise me he was on schedule as well. My Technician was wearing a face mask, Very Professional, Courteous, and asked me to review in detail what I had been experiencing with my appliance. Once he determined what needed to be replaced, he advised me of the Total Cost that was all Inclusive. I authorized the repair and he had the part available in his vehicle. All said and done within an hour. 👏👏👏👏
