Good customer service but when I first entered their building I was judged on my appearance. The only person that helped me, was professional, and didn't judge me on my appearance was Mr. Samuel Calloway, he is a very nice person and very professional. I definitely recommend him.

My Service Advisor is terrific as always but the quality of service was abysmal in regards to my tires, making me doubt everything else that was done and reported to me. This is not my first interaction with Diamond. Those previous conversations were not what I am used to with Rally. I am considering finding a new GMC Dealership for my service needs.
