More and more I’m avoiding this company and going to Oreilly’s instead. Customer service, checkout organization, everything is 10x better than Autozone (especially this store specifically). Imagine waiting in a line to just purchase an isle-found item and then when you are next in line, you are told that you must go in the “Parts” line and wait to just purchase your $5 fuses. Even though you already waited and now there are another 5 people in the “parts” line. Saying they now only have one line for everything. Sorry but if you have 3 registers open and one is strictly selling isle-bought items, I should not have to wait for people searching for parts on their vehicles. Yeah, yeah, call me a Karen if you want but they definitely made it easier ‘back in the day’ when there were two separate lines for those quick and easy purchases, no vehicle info necessary. To make it worse, I ask the lady “so then do I get my spot in line where it would of been since this is a different organization than the past?” And she said “uhm, no it’s just one line” cool. Wish I could put the words on here that I would of liked to say. Thank you to Oreilly’s though for keeping it real!
