My review is too long to post but essentially my childrens vaccine records were not transferred over correctly when they input it from their previous doctor, Dr. Odunusi does not believe in medicine and chose to try and intimidate me for a mistake him and his nurse made, the nurse for Dr. Ernest refused to see me for a same day appointment when I was in the office for another visit for one of my children and the receptionist in the Palmdale office Jayna will violate HIPPA so please don’t check in with her. The office manager Laura Moss will not answer or contact you if you reach out for an issue. The regional supervisor was more than willing to help and he is in Santa Clarita named Steve Roberts (his info is on the back of the managers card In the Palmdale office).

Dr Woodcock is the best professional our family ever had. A physician that cares about the patients and see them in a holistic way. His nurse Liz is great, a person to talk to if you seek for assistance. After six PCP’s we found excellent health care. Thanks.

I went to this urgent care that I found through my insurance company. I’ve been having a migraine for 4 weeks and chest pains for 1 week. I was told to stand outside. I filled out a paper. That asked if I came in contact with anyone with covid I said yes. Then was I test for covid I said yes my results were negative. I was brought to a room asks the same question I wrote the answers to then immediately the nurse said I never told her that went out of the room . Came back in said I needed a covid test to follow her. I am thinking I am going to take the test she walked me out the back of the building exit and said your cars that way. I yes I have ppo Ins 🤦‍♀️ wonderful health care

We just recently switched insurances and hadn't had a chance to have a preliminary visit with our children's new pediatrician. My daughter wound up with an ear infection at 8pm last night and I rushed to get her to our new urgent care before they closed. The staff helped me get her enrolled quickly, the doctor was able to see her, made her feel secure and let me hold her while he examined her. When we got home she says that 'he was super nice and funny'. We were able to get her a prescription for antibiotics last night and this morning she is feeling much better-- no more fever and no more ear pain. Thank you!!
