Receptionist was extremely friendly. Was in and out within an hr and a good part of that was due to paperwork since it was my first time there. Doctor took her time to explain what was going and what meds she was going to be prescribing and why. I personally hate going to the doctor but can honestly say this was a pleasant experience.

The staff is very nice and Dr. Deborah Rice seems to really care about her patients. Going here was an all-around good experience and I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a physician.

I must say that the overall the experience was very good. My wait time to see the Dr. was about 30 minutes. The Dr. was very thorough, friendly and very attentive. I felt satisfied upon leaving. Unfortunately there was a breakdown in the office somewhere because I left the office expecting to pickup the necessary antibiotics at the pharmacy to which the pharmacy had not received the orders all day. I have a super bad bug bite that needed me to start taking meds around the clock but will have to wait until tomorrow a.m. when I contact the office to see what went wrong. Fortunately they gave me a Rocephin injection while in the office which will carry me over to tomorrow. Otherwise the attention given by the Dr. was excellent.

Got there 1st thing in the morning... was told by the nurse we had to wait for the Xray tech. Ok.. no big i have had worse... point is they were truthful about it and that in itself you do not get most the time in other places.. i can live with it. Key note.. when I was seen by the NP she wasn't rushing me and was very attentive, did not rush me out like others have done. Thank you Update.... they forgot 2 of my meds at rite aid... still no big called problem solved..
