Their billing department absolutely sucks! Alita who works in BILLING will just say, “I don’t know. I just work here” when you ask her any questions about billing. Then she’ll tell you to call Sophia, the BILLING and Office MANAGER, at X118! HOWEVER, Sophia does NOT return calls. I’ve tried calling her a dozen times and she NEVER picks up the phone. I’ve left her a ½ dozen messages and she will not return my phone call. My insurance has also called but to no avail. It’s sad because I think Dr. G, Deborah Rice and Sarah Robertson are wonderful. I’ve referred my friends and co-workers to that place but I will no longer refer anyone to them. I will recommend they go elsewhere because dealing with Alita and Sophia who are in ‘billing’ is an absolute nightmare.

Pointless as an urgent care as they refuse to see anyone wow has a fever that is over 100. Simple ear infection and they won’t see my kid because of the low grade fever. Even when there is a negative COVID test. Pointless facility. Why exist if you won’t actually see patients??

It was easy to get an appointment and the staff was very friendly. However the doctor was quite incompetent and made a blatantly false diagnosis after I went there with sporadic chest pain. We went through all kinds of tests, including blood samples, x-ray, ECG and ultrasound but the doctor appeared very insecure throughout the entire procedure. A follow-up visit at the cardiologist revealed that the diagnosis I got at garrison family medical centre lacked any substantiation.

I was very blessed to see Dr. Cato on 1/18/2020 when my wife gave me the ultimatum that I was either going to Urgent Care or a Hospital. Dr Cato quickly diagnosed my very serious issue and administered multiple IVs and medication to bring my condition under control before releasing me with prescribed medication. Over the past two weeks I have received texts on 9 different occasions and 3 phone calls from Dr Cato (and 1 from Dr Garrison) checking on my progress. I am so impressed by the level of care and concern. Awesome experience.
