Absolutely ludicrous and inexcusable that a facility serving a large population with more than adequate infrastructure is not dispensing Covid booster vaccinations requiring travel to Fremont or San Leandro.

Being A Member For Long Time, Kaiser Has Reached A Point Where They Don't Provide Care They Supposed To Give, Worst Mean Worst. Those Where The Days We Used To Get Appointments With Specialist Within Days And Now The Telephone Operator Of The Special Department Says We Will Contact You..Three Days Gone They Even Didn't Call Back.

I tried to tolerate this place for over a year. Constantly extremely rude, rushed. It’s like they treat you like an assembly line. Zero care, patient, or customer service. The Asian male receptionist is flat out volatile. The results were less than mediocre, and when asking questions, they become upset with you. TERRIBLE & UNCOMFORTABLE!

My experience with the optical department and Vision Essential has been nothing but a profound disappointment. You feel completely abandoned and worthless. I would never ever go to Kaiser for my vision needs.
