The return refund for store credit ran into a problem. Kenneth Daniel helped me at 1st. Then I chatted on site with Daniel Mengullo and he got it all fixed up. I have been able now to order a replacement with the store credit. Thank you for getting it straightened out Daniel. Susan

The Tomatoink deal was an excellent deal on ink. I usually buy my ink at Office Depot for over $20. I had also visited another site that sells ink. Their price was $14.99 for my HP. I love the prices. I received a coupon for $7 plus my ink was $11.99. This was a great deal. I'm so delighted that I found them.
