I give it 5 stars because it's home! Not a bad place to live, been here almost 20 years ... space rent is lower than most parks in the area

Its an alright place; however the parking is very risky! All day tow is contracted to tow car's away and that's what will happen if u park in visitor parking! They scam people for not having there car on the bullshit dont tow list! Try to get on that list on a weekend ! No one there to put u on the list but u can count on your car being stolen by all day rip u off towing! And for a small fee $500.00 bucks you can walk a 1/4 mile to tow yard pay the old man and get your car out ! Yep! $500.00 !!! Maybe your personal belonging's will be there if you quickly retrieve your vehicle maybe! Other than the trolling tow trucks all through the night stealing cars from the good people of the park..other that that! Its a smashing place to be! You gonna luv it!

If they do the ones the park owns anywhere $700-1100 for rent. They can't charge that high. Look into it first. Cheap rent that we are suppose to have is cause of the flood control that is right next to garden and flows under park. We are in a hazard zone of a uncooperative area of Alameda county
If you buy one your rent will be higher than any other park
