My bike popped a flat tire 1 mile away after riding 7 miles to get there. Called and asked if it was okay that I was 20 mins late. They said yes, so I continued. Get there less than 20 minutes later and they say they cancelled me appointment. Unbelievable. Use another location.

So horrible waited over 40 minutes after asking how much longer I was told I was next for that doctor when after told that 6+ people went infront me. The desk people are so rude and are not people friendly. I suggest to find anywhere besides this place.
