You would think waiting 50 minutes for getting my blood drawn would be the worst experience but it was the women receptionist who was rude and Impatient to almost every person who checked in. There’s something about being rude and nasty to little old ladies that is just a special kind of wrong.

If you normally use a u of r medicine lab, this lab will operate the same way. Lab requests are valid at any of their locations.
When you walk in, they will have you check in through your phone (a QR code or a website) and then have you wait in the car until the call you to come in for your appointment.
Appointments are only accepted on weekdays and non holidays at the two Brighton locations. My wait time at the Ayrault location was only about 20 minutes if that. There were about 5 people in front of me.
