A tire on my Tesla had a slow leak. They tried to cancel my appointment because "all Teslas have run-flat tires" (which shouldn't be repaired). Not true: I confirmed my Continentals were not run-flat. At the appointment, it took an hour for them to even look at the tire. First, they tried to say the tire didn't have any problems because the air pressure was fine. (Yes, because I filled it that morning! Even then it had lost a few PSI.) Then four techs stood around it and apparently couldn't figure out how to read the markings. They still insisted the tire was a run-flat for no reason other than "it's a Tesla." Took another hour to get the keys back to leave. I wound up going somewhere else, and got it fixed in under an hour. Definitely don't go here, they don't know what they're doing.

Very unpleasant experience. Went for lyft inspection with my personal car. First thing agent(won’t say names) says ‘ hope your tires are ok’ and sure enough after looking at the tires says i can’t pass you now. What BS for tires driven approx less than 15000 miles!!!? ( still have warranty until 50000m). Car services at a Merc dealership (recently done) and passed those same tires. The arrogance is astounding. I never give reviews on google but after seeing a couple of reviews here, i need to give my two cents. I could gladly sent photos of the tires they allege are out of depths! This car pirelli p zeros on front and has wider performance tires on the back (stock per manufacturer!)

Made appointment online to do oil change and tire rotation 4 days ago for Saturday 12 Mar 2022 at 0800am. Went to front desk to check in and the guy said the mechanics will arrive at 0900am. He also said that I have to leave my car because they got lots of appointments today and they will service my car whenever. Even if you got appointment they will see you as walk in. Very professional. -5 star. 😂

Came in to replace a bad battery, which it still have warrenty. The guy who handed it to me had a bad attitude, that piss me off. What kind of customer service is that. And the worst thing is that the new battery he gave me, just found out it was leaking. Like really. As much as i like coming here for parts, the customer service sucks. You can see in the pictures that battery is leaking, see corrosion building on the metal parts.
