This place is the most poorly run automotive sales and service place in the antelope valley. From the pushy sales people to the flaky service department. Days go by and they don’t return your phone calls. When you HAVE to get towers to their dealership under the Kia program, they don’t have the tires or parts required. Oil changes are hours at a time. Everybody on their cellphones. Great managing! Hope your dealership gets taken over too and everybody cleared out. Hopeless

Had a chance to work with Johnathan at Rally Kia. He is really responsive in responding to my inquiries and answered a lot of questions that we had for the car. He tried to help me locating the car that I wanted to buy and kept updating me throughout the process. In the end, I ended up buying a different brand due to the lack of inventory, but I would recommend Johnathan for anyone who wants to shop for a car at Rally Kia.

This is RALLY HYUNDAI If I could put no stars I would!! I had a horrible experience for my son that is a first time buyer. Dante (sales manager) and Lalo/Israel (sales guy) PROMISED us first right of refusal on a used car that they sold from under us!! They lie and get you to buy something more expensive. My son had to have a car so we were stuck! Then REFUSE to work on a better deal. Typical BS car salesman. I ABSOLUTELY HATE buying a car and they just made it worse. My son was a first time buyer and we came in SPECIFICALLY for a certain car which I made VERY clear every day for a week. They kept giving excuses why we couldn’t see the car we initially came in for. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The General Sales Manager never returns your calls OR the owner. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!! Update!! It has been over 3 months and we STILL haven’t received his license plates. I called a few weeks ago and they never got back to me. There is a new girl now cleaning up the mess of DMV that has been neglected and she has been great. Well another update. We are now on 4 months and no license plates. Don’t even know if the girl I “thought” would get it done even works there anymore. I can’t believe what an incompetent company this is. We ended up getting a lawyer and having to sue them to get our tags, it took over 9 months!!

I have had nothing but stress from this place, the charges now days from dealer ships alone are crazy. So I buy my parts from Kia because there is no where closer. Trapped into doing business with them because of my warranty. I love my car and take really good care of it, but with "Rally Kia of Palmdale," Its just one thing after another. They send me to a different dealerships to get fluids because they never have them in stock. Recently I just bought a part from them on Tuesday, paid for it to be over nighted (Wednesday) to the place it is being worked on. I called this morning, and it was never received. So I called Rally Kia to find my part, and the guy said it was sitting right there, and he didn't know why it wasn't delivered... Really Rally? Do better... Bad business over and over, puts you out of business...
