Alas, and the wonderful Ms. Julie demonstrated what taking care of a community resident is all about and not just talk. She was very professional from start to finish and we even managed to have a interesting side conversation apart from the business at hand. I am beginning to love this community. Thank you again. Ms. Julie🙏🏾🥰 You get of what you pay for I guess. I would think that you'd get much better service with what is paid throughout this community. It varies you know... I enjoy the quite. The amenities are good even though I haven't taken advantage of either. I guess that's were the other parts of rental payment goes towards hmm. Anyways, the convinces, if I may call them that, are ok and the commute to the interstate if needed to be taken is tolerable. I know that many people rarely check reviews and when they do it's a matter of can I believe what is written came from someone truthfully speaking or a angry, discontent, selfish and/or self-centered individual? I have nothing bad to say about the Fox Trails apartments. I do have this to say... Because it literally happened and the truth of the matter I expressed in a survey that came directly from the apartment complex (Fox Trails) where I now reside. This was my reply... Oh and I was locked out all night after doing a 12hr shift with food from Raising Cane that I couldn't enjoy. No one from management has contacted me to inquire of my welfare from the previous lockout that wasn't any fault of mine. I lost a entire days pay due to being locked out of my apartment, no fault of my own. Hello I was told that the requests were complete, but they weren't. Plus I got locked out of my apartment and the door lock was one of the maintenance request that I made. The patio door has yet to be taken care of and the kitchen cabinet is falling apart as well. The maintenance issues that I've experienced since taken resident of this apartment should have been taken care of before I was allowed to move in. An audit or inspection of completed work should be conducted to ensure that the integrity of the words expressed in any advertisement of Fox Trails Apartment Homes maintains it's validity. I know that no one human being is perfect, but in business, especially in this capacity when human lives are involved, there's next to no room for error. Thank you for taking the time out to not only read this, but to take actions towards having something administeres to reconcile and correct what isn't in order. Great place to live. Maintenance is lightening fast. Julie and John are top notch. Rosa is also very friendly. Large trees and very clean property. Been here two years and no complaints from me.

Moved here from Mckinney and love it! Property is very quite friendly neighbors and great staff! Maintenance is awesome the new supervisor is the best great outside crew and the office staff is very friendly! I moved from Mckinney from a 3 bedroom into a 2 bedroom room here and it's alot bigger love the floor plan I'm currently in. Awesome dog park right across the street if you have pets.

If this complex works for you, great! All I can do is express how I feel. If you’re looking for a home on a budget go ahead and apply, but if you can spend the extra money, spend it! Unfortunately my move in process was a mess! I was brought into a unfinished, uncleaned, and mismatch appliance unit after I was told completely different amenities. This is my first apartment on my own and it turned into an exciting life change into a life learning lesson. I don’t write trashy reviews so I can give points about this place. Fox trails has great neighbors that are friendly and talkative. The complex is great for pets, so if you have a furry loved one, you are in good hands, and the maintenance team are very nice. The current ladies at the front do their jobs at the very least, but I wish their customer service and communication was good for everyone, not only their favorite tenants. I thank fox trails for providing me a home, I’ll always be grateful for that. Hope your move in is great if you have signed a lease with them.
