George who is certified pest controller who did a great job disinfecting my apartment. He is a great person and got great personality towards the customer. I give this rating for appreciating his service. I would have given no stars if it is for leasing office team, who is really poor at customer service.

Review for service crew: Mr. Seewan Excellent and fast service. Diligent man knows what he is doing. We had multiple issues in our apartment and fixed all in the same day running multiple times between our apt and community office. Fully satisfied with the service provided

We love staying at this apartment. Maintenance requests are completed so quickly every time. Thanks to Mr Erick Martinez, for his outstanding maintenance work for the past couple of times in our house, he is an amazing guy who does maintenance work very well with patience. This apartment is perfectly suitable for everyone who want to enjoy peaceful environment with lot of trees, parks, kids playground, nearby trails etc..Thank you!!

Do not live here, been living here for almost a year. We moved into a dirty unit, huge roach problem, had previous roach traps hidden under sinks and oven. Management and maintenance didn’t care to help, had to hirer our own pest control and they said the infestation was terrible had to come back to spray multiple times. Also, AC unit is terrible I’ve had to call maintenance every month because our unit won’t run properly. Also after reading through all these 1 star reviews, I wish I read them before I moved here it’s miserable. Also very bad rodent problem I saw someone else say this happened to them. I Park in the parking spaces, no where near the trash and I had a rodent chew through my wiring under my hood and had to pay $1,000, to fix the wiring. If you do move here my car dealership said to get rodent traps for your car!:) I’m not the only one this happened too. Another thing I went out of town on vacation during the weekend of New Years, and management emailed me about wanting to charge me extra fees. I didn’t respond the whole weekend (I’m not looking at emails on a weekend especially on vacation) and they charged $50 late fees for each day I didn’t respond. Keep in mind they had emailed me Friday around the time they closed and I didn’t get back till Monday. Also the fees were false accusations, and they couldn’t even explain what they were for, in the end I had to pay $700 in fees and still don’t know why. Many more issues, JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE DECIDING TO MOVE HERE!
