Had to open 3 different accounts because my account kept being voided for “not providing identification” which I did. Yet, they were able to take our payments. Almost had our lights turned off while family was visiting because “there is no account at your address”. Again, they were still able to accept monthly payments from us. Horrible horrible horrible.

Main breaker quite literally exploded, called the company and said its repair would have to be out of pocket since “You own the meter” so, if I own the meter why are they ripping me off with their bill pricing?

Yes you can make an account and the tenants are able to make a new account..the deposit on their current account will be refunded back to the final bill and that deposit should be the same deposit if the customer transfers
