Stopped in without a appointment looking for a light fixture. They had a nice selection so I wandered around for 10 minutes they didn't have what I was looking for. 3 stars bc staff didnt offer to help or even aknowlege me.

One star for the beautiful showroom and another for the knowledgeable salesperson. The experience unfortunately went down hill after that. Subsequent calls and questions about order status remained unanswered and both deliveries were DISASTROUS. Really an unpleasant end to an otherwise enjoyable shopping experience and especially distasteful since we spent a great deal of money. There is a competitor across town that also has a beautiful showroom and knowledgeable sales people. Save yourself some aggravation and go there instead.

We purchased an entire set of Viking appliances, for our new home, from Ferguson recently. The range and hood haven’t yet arrived after months of waiting and the dishwasher was delivered damaged. We have contacted Ferguson in hopes of getting a replacement for the damaged, brand new dishwasher, and they refuse to do anything to help. This is the third time we have purchased an entire set of high end appliances from them. Regardless of the continued business we have given them, they haven’t been willing to do anything to help us. This is beyond unfair and extremely disappointing. Replacing a brand new dishwasher that was delivered damaged, by Ferguson, doesn’t seem unreasonable. Are you willing to help us make this right?

Need appliances go to this place. Chris Doub was awesome. Showroom was nice. I wish we had known about this place and Chris when we first built our house.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
