But according to my business sense, you are obtaining a "credit tax write-off". So, what are you losing - how about CUSTOMERS!! *** Again people do not purchase at FORSYTH MEDICAL SUPPLY; take the short ride to TRINITY HEALTHCARE SUPPLY*** **DO NOT purchase ANY products from this establishment. They are fraudulent, reckless and unprofessional. If an UNUSED product was incorrectly purchased, this establishment will NOT provide a refund and/or a FULL store credit. YOUR POLICY MUST BE IN PLAIN SIGHT AT EVERY REGISTER, RECEIPT, FRONT DOOR or any other location to make certain customers are aware.Take your dollars elsewhere. ****************************** INSTEAD VISIT: TRINITY HEALTHCARE SUPPLY !!!

Drove 35 Miles one way for Poor & Confusing direction sign(s). Re: Finally When located Store front & colors appearance, is that of a Shell's service station store front. In looking for a part for a knee scooter. I was directed to: harbor freight, Lowe's hardware or online,go figure that! The staff was not willing to help to find or locate a part. This was not done in a friendly or professional manner nor willing to look at the part numbers. THIS ESTABLISHMENTS RESPONSE: In response from this establishment is a very poor "generic" response. I'm assuming because of their response that, the information from the staff was not clarified to the owners. Thanks.

Highly unhelpful, and BE CAREFUL! They don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. They get your money and then they don’t care. Once you walk out the door you’re on your own!
