Wayne Wolchok and his two leasing agents are the rudest and least professional staff I have spoken with. He makes comments against race and was especially rude to my room mate who is black because he was doubting that he could actually meet the financial and credit history requirements even after we showed him my room mates works for Tesla and by far meets all requirements as well as I do. Clearly Wayne discriminates against who he will try to rent to or actually let even apply for the houses there. Don’t waste your time.

Called to make an appointment for a tour, and was told by the lady who answered that she "wasn't sure they could do that" ??? and that someone else would give us a call the next day about it. No one called, so we ended up just showing up to the office in the hopes that someone would at least be able to maybe set up an appointment, if not just give us a tour then. When we arrived, we stepped into the office to talk to the lady working, and we were basically immediately told that they do not have a single 3 bedroom unit that can be toured, and not only that, but there is a several months long waitlist to move in to ANY of the 3 bedroom units. So if you're looking for a 3 bedroom, just don't bother and look elsewhere.
