Very nice, large, clean rest stop. Many shops.

Large, clean and comfortable welcome center / rest stop. It has a large outdoor dork park, playground for children, indoor / outdoor seating, restrooms, community room, and food market. It is very well maintained. Note there is no fuel here (as is normal with NY welcome centers).

To the left is cars to the right is trucks and RVs. Yes you can park there.
No it's just a rest area you can sleep in your car in the parking lot it's a Holiday Inn like 1 mile away from it
